Mumbai, India — October 17, 2025:Mumbai came alive with rhythm, rebellion, and raw energy as Sonic Tigress 2025, India’s first all-women music festival, made its electrifying debut at Mirage, Santacruz (W) on October 11. Conceptualised and hosted by Sonic Tigress, the festival united an extraordinary lineup of women who commanded the stage, the spotlight, and the spirit of the night.
Powered entirely by women, from performers and producers to athletes and crew, the festival stood as a living manifesto of creativity, courage, and collaboration. It redefined what a festival could look and feel like when women lead every note, move, and moment.
A Night of Fierce Talent and Fearless Expression
The evening opened with a pulse-raising skateboarding performance by national medalist Shruti Bhosle, followed by a powerful boxing act by Siddhi Thakker, the boxer-entrepreneur embodying grit and grace. As the crowd roared in rhythm, Mayurpankhi Chetia, Raashi Dhamdhere, Zian B, and DJ Binni took over the stage with genre-bending performances that made the night both liberating and unforgettable.
The show was sponsored by NRL (Numaligarh Refinery Limited) along with Zivame, Too Yum and supported by media partners Radio Mirchi, Ghana and Signpost.
Beyond the main stage, the festival turned Mirage into an immersive playground of art, sound, and empowerment. On-ground brand experiences by Too Yumm, Zimave, the flea market added the experiential layer from interactive “Channel Your Tigress” installations to creative pop-ups that sparked connection and play.
When the City Roared Back
With nearly 850 attendees, Sonic Tigress 2025 was more than a sold-out night, it was a statement. The festival drew strong influencer participation and creator collaborations through Wyld, amplifying the energy both on-ground and online.

Reflecting on the success, Geetanjali Advani, Head of Content and Community at Sonic Tigress, shared:
“Sonic Tigress was never just about music, it was about movement. Seeing almost 900 women roar, dance, and celebrate each other was transformative. This is just the beginning of a larger cultural shift we’re here to ignite.”
Beyond Music — A Cultural Awakening
More than a festival, Sonic Tigress 2025 marked the dawn of a movement. It brought together music, sport, and sisterhood to create a space where women could take up space — unapologetically and joyfully. The night left behind an undeniable truth:
the future of sound is female — and it’s only getting louder.
